Provides additional stability when the ladder is used to access rooftops or mezzanines.
This option allows ladder to be suspended without contact with a base support surface. Used with the JOMY® Retractable Ladder. It is not needed on the Mini-JOMY®.
Frequently, the ladder must be stood away from a building to clear obstructions, such as cornices. The JOMY® Retractable Ladder was tested and approved by UL for off-set distances up to 60 inches. A complete line of spacers is available to meet your needs. Spacers are made of extruded anodized aluminum with anti-oxide pad.

Allows the ladder to be mounted parallel mounting to the building. This is bracket is used for the JOMY Retractable Ladder. A scaled version is available for the Mini-JOMY®.
When used for access, the lower handle is removed and locked off to prevent unauthorized access. To operate, the locking hub is removed, the handle slipped on and a quarter turn of the handle deploys the entire ladder. This is only availble for use with the JOMY® Retractable Ladder. The Mini-JOMY can be padlocked with any regular padlock.
HANDLE
To utilize the JOMY® Retractable Ladder for multi-unit evacuation, a dual safety rail is available to provide additional safety for descent on both sides.
Is a friction device on a continous rail which locks up under tension preventing injury from falls. It is used in conjunction with a waist or body harness (not provided).
