JOMY® Safety Products, Inc. announced the completion of the Dikeou Realty counter balance staircase installation in Denver, Colorado August, 2001. The staircase was designed as a replacement for the lower section of an existing fire escape. It is constructed of custom extruded anodized aluminum providing a lifetime of maintenance-free use. The staircase was prefabricated to site specifications and installed on site without any heavy equipment.
The style of the staircase is a Traditional layout using vertical pickets. The Counter-Balanced stair is suspended from the building. The width of the stair is 18" with an inclination of 45°. Guardrails were 42" high with rails spaced 4" on center. |
