| JOMY® Products, Inc. is proud to announce the completion of the Salvation Army Counter-Balanced Stair with cable and pulley installation in San Juan Puerto Rico. The staircase was designed as a burglar-proof fire escape from the second and third floor to the ground. The staircase is constructed of custom extruded anodized aluminum providing a lifetime of maintenance-free use. The staircase was prefabricated to site specifications and installed on site without the use of heavy equipment. A scissor lift was used to raise the sections, weighing no more than 140 pounds, into place.The style of the staircase is the Traditional layout using horizontal tubes. The Counter-Balanced portion of the stair is suspended from the building. This application used the Cable and Pulley version on the Counter-Balanced portion. The width of the stair is 38" (clear) with an inclination of 37°. Guardrails are 42" high with rails spaced 4" on center. The Counter-Balanced portion of the stair is also a 37° inclination. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
