- PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Basic Use: External secondary means of egress.
Composition and Materials: Staircases/Counter Balanced Stairs are constructed from anodized extruded 6063 T-6 aluminum profiles. Fasteners are stainless steel. Components are designed and manufactured for site specific conditions according to architect specifications and in accordance with local safety standards.
Color: The JOMY® Staircases/Counter Balanced Stairs are available in standard anodized aluminum finish, may be painted on-site to blend into any exterior, or special ordered in custom colors.
Sizes: The JOMY® Staircases /Counter Balanced Stairs are custom designed for each application.
- INSTALLATION
Staircases are delivered to the work site in a ready-for-installation configuration with complete instructions provided. Work can be performed by any General Contractor without the use of any heavy equipment or cranes. For major projects, JOMY® will provide a technical representative to advise and assist in the installation.

Cost is competitive to comparable steel fire escapes when installation costs are included and significantly less expensive than steel when maintenance requirements are considered.
- WARRANTY
The JOMY® Staircases are warranted to be free of any defects in materials or workmanship for 10 years if installed according to manufacturer specifications.
- MAINTENANCE
The JOMY® Staircases are virtually maintenance free and impervious to weather. While never requiring any lubricants, the surface may be cleaned utilizing household cleaners or detergents.
