The staircase was designed as a full-sized exterior staircase for secondary egress with 52” wide stairs, 42” high guardrails and inside handrails on both sides. This stair and accompanying walkway meets or exceeds the building codes of every jurisdiction in the U.S. Constructed from 6063 T-5 and T-6 custom extruded anodized aluminum. It will provide a lifetime of maintenance-free use. The staircase was prefabricated to site specifications and factory installed.

The style of the staircase is the Traditional layout using horizontal tubes. The height of the staircase is 72 feet. The staircase is self supporting on ten columns and the landing platforms connect to the building with bridge platforms 10 ft. long by 7 ft. wide. The second floor level has an 66 ft. long by 6 ft. wide custom deck and walkway. JOMY® also provided an interior staircase, interior handrails, and custom roof ladders.

Project was completed in November 2003.
